Allright and good value
Nice hotel, but its still a bit out of town, youll need a bus to go to town or half an hour walk at least. The rooms are well cleaned, there is no breakfast. We used it, beceause we needed to take the ferry early, in that case its a great option, we couldnt use an breakfast anyhow beceause of the early departure, meanwhile there a enough options to drive trough. Its not the best neighboorhood if youre looking for nice surroundings; in the middele of carsales spots, but with the bus youre in town quick and youre quick out of town, and the desk is 24h serviced.

Good value
Victoria can be a pricey place to stay, so we took a chance on this hotel - about the cheapest we could find online. It turned out to be a winner. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool was the warmest Ive ever been in. The hotel is also just across the street from a mall, which is handy. And it is not difficult to get to from the inner harbor - just catch a bus on Douglas Street and its about 2 miles. All in all, this is a great place to stay if your budget doesnt stretch to the Empress!
If the weather is good, take the bus out to Fort Rodd and check out the historical site - fantastic views across the water.

good value for money
front desk very helpful, room clean. issues: no air conditioning thus windows open, quite a bit of traffic noise. no other issues.
