Convenient to Gatwick & surrounded by park grounds
A 15 minute shuttle bus ride (price not included) to Gatwick Airport. Breakfast not included in price. Comfortable room with helpful staff. As per my request, they stored a medium size suitcase for 2 weeks for free.

Cold, impatient staff, nickle & dime environment, perfunctionary service
Hotel has great possibilities but doesn’t seem willing to deliver them. Nice area to take a walk. Facility is in decent condition but the cold and perfunctionary staff cause one to look forward to leaving. The shuttle is free from the airport but it will cost you 8 lbs to return. Breakfast must be negotiated up front or you will pay a premium for it later. Basically the place simply lacks warm hospitality and makes you wish you were home.

It’ll do
Corridor layout was a bit disorienting. Beds were barely comfortable but the pillows were nice. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with the exception of being very close to Gatwick airport. We never heard any planes however.
