It could have been better

Hotel
The hotel was clean but the air didn’t work the bed was not comfortable. Personally I wouldn’t stay there again. You can hear all the noises around the area and it is right on the street. I have to say the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Village Inn and Spa
Nice hospitality, extremely helpful and respectful. The room was clean but the furniture was a bit worn. In my room, the chest of drawer was a bit worn. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was complimentary and it was delicious. You had to go early to get the island food, like codfish. But if it runs out, just ask, and the gracious waiter goes in the back and brings out more delicious food.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
In an area called Gros Islet, there have a street party every friday night. That was a lot of fun. I heard that there was another one in an area called Dennery but we did not get the time to go that street party.
