Great Neighborhood
Hotel was very easy to find from the metro station and very close. Nice if you have been lugging luggage all over Paris from CDG etc. Nice little neighborhood less touristy and still convenient to everything.

Not bad at all
Nice place, although the walls are a little thin and you can hear when people are rustling around outside. Overall it’s a good, simple hotel for the price and I really can’t say anything negative about it.

Good location. As for everything else, err...
This hotel is tucked away in a lovely and convenient neighborhood. That’s about the only positive thing I can say about it. Not that it’s close to anything by Paris standards, but it’s close to a couple of train stations and you can easily walk to Gare du Lyon (15 minutes). As for the hotel itself, well, it wasn’t pretty. All I can say is that it was by far the smallest and shabbiest room in entire Europe that I’ve stayed in. And the front desk staff was just very inept all around. But it is cheap by Paris standards. So just bare in mind if you’re thinking about staying at this hotel that this is a place where you’ll be sleeping only and nothing else. And be prepared to take all your valuables with you everywhere you go because they won’t be safe in your room. If you’re fine with that, go for it. If not, pay another 20 euros and stay somewhere else.
