Clean and comfortable
Really enjoyed our room. Found it to be clean and comfortable. Only negative thing is we thought we were going to have a sofa sleeper and did not.

Nice
If I had one complaint, it would be that it took 30 minutes for the shuttle driver to pick us up from the airport from the time we called. Since this is a free service, I cant really complain. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Every member of the staff that I interacted with was courteous and professional, which unfortunately seems to be a rarity in todays world.
Traveler's tip
If you expect to be treated with courtesy, treat others with courtesy as well. I see too many people treat the staff at the airport, airlines and hotels with disrespect and then complain when they don not receive good service. Yes, travel can be trying and unpleasant these days, but dont make it worse than it has to be.

Best location for the convention center
I was here for the 2009 CA bar exam and so needed restful nights and s good internet connection. The first night I was initially given a room over a kitchen compressor that would be on for much of the night. and told there were no others. It was not true. After making a scene, I got it changed. Most of the rooms are OK. Road noise can be bad if you are in an outer room though.
Traveler's tip on dining
Make sure you do not get room 2255 and ask where the local restaurants are if you are walking. They are better than the in house restaurant for dinner.
