Great Hotel - bad Food.
The hotel facilities were excellant and the staff were friendly. But, the food left a lot to be desired. We were on the all inclusive plan and the food was very bad. Would recommend eating some where else if at all possible.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Would recommend getting a rental car. The hotel location is very nice but it is remote and you would need a car if you wanted to see more of the island.

Do not visit this Hotel
We have stayed in a bangalo sea view room half-board. We had to walk more than 600 meters to eat. We had to walk more than 700 meters to get to our car. We had to curry our child the same distance if by chance she felt asleap. The a/c unit was fixed not to work in full fun mode thus in mid-day due to the heat we could not sleep. Unless you had the a/c vent directly on you you could not feel the cool air so we had the child sleapping with us Sea was visible when we were on standing position on the veranta We booked and paid a room with a kingsize bed and we had 2 small beds side by side.They didnt even have the same mattress level (one was shorter than the other) If you were late for breakfast/lunch/dinner you would not find anything to eat. They use outdoor loudspeakers so loud that you can not sleap when they RANDOMLY do so. I was asked by the bar attendant to return back my glasses to the bar in order to have a soft drink again You would not want to see the conditions they kept the ice-cubes in the fridge-i had the chance .......... You could easily tell that the waters of the pools in the vip area where cleaner than the ones of the rest of the pools. No lifequard in any of the pools so you constantly had to monitor the children I will inform the local tourist and hygene authorities for several of the above

family hotel
The best hotel to spend the holiday with a big family with a lot of kids !! There is a lot of swimming pools with many attractions ideal for children. There is a lot of children scrimming, crying, playing etc. This is not the place for a couple without kids. Hotel service is not perfect but it’s ok. Ladies in reception do not know anything and they are not very helpfull. Hotel is in desert place and it is like a small village with every equipment required (restaurants, mini markets, rent car, etc.). Greek people living in Milatos (900m from hotel) are friendly and very nice.
