Perfect place to stay when in Ashland.

The only negative was the entrance from the parking lot lands you immediately in front of the open door to the laundry while you wait for the elevator. Not a great welcome. Also our room was across from the maids supply room and the door was open all day. Not what I like to look at each time I come and go from my room. 4th floor.

Will not stay here again.

The person at check-in was rude and non-communicative - we felt we were annoying her by checking in. The room was approx. 10’ x 11’, barely enough room to walk around to the side of the bed which was a full bed, not a queen as we had reserved. We called the front desk and complained about the bed and room size, they offered a $20 refund, which has not happened. Other than the location and great parking, we found nothing good about this hotel and couldn’t wait to check out.

Traveler's tip on dining

We had a wonderful dinner outside on the patio at the Winchester Inn. The food, service and atmosphere was fabulous.
