A delightful stay
Room was tight because they squeezes a queen-sized bed into an original-sized hotel room but the stay was delightful. The receptionist was extremely helpful, the hotel is perfectly located walking distance to everywhere, breakfast was fine, and the charge was very reasonable. A good place to stay.

Charming centrally-located vintage hotel in Ashland
I stayed at Ashland Springs as the halfway point on a trip between San Francisco and Seattle, and also as an excuse to explore the town. I liked the hotel so well that I stayed there again on the way back, despite the fact that Id originally planned to drive back in one day. Ashland Springs is an older hotel, with all that implies: the hotel is somewhat worn, and the rooms are smallish. However, it feels charming and warm, and the friendly staff keeps it clean and comfortable. If you are looking to explore Ashlands downtown or merely looking for a cozy place to spend the night while on the road, Ashland Springs is no doubt your best choice. Be sure to take advantage of the free parking behind the hotel (after you check in), and the mornings continental breakfast! There are also quite a number of restaurants in the vicinity.

Perfect place to stay when in Ashland.
The only negative was the entrance from the parking lot lands you immediately in front of the open door to the laundry while you wait for the elevator. Not a great welcome. Also our room was across from the maids supply room and the door was open all day. Not what I like to look at each time I come and go from my room. 4th floor.
