Very Satisfied
The location of the Hotel is good: quiet but close to the shopping centers, easy to reach tram and metro. The price is very interesting thanks to Expedia.

Not impressed at all
I stayed at this hotel during the first week of July. The place was hot and there was no air conditioning in the building. The ice machine downstairs at the bar wasn’t working on my 2nd night so there was no ice. There is no room service. The staff’s knowledge of the area was not adequate. I was given wrong directions to places on a couple of occasions. Internet access is non-existent and is misleading. They charge a lot of money for a 24 hour access. Also the 4 star rating for this hotel is excessively generous. I would rate it somewhere between 2 and 3.
If you are looking for a simple bed and breakfast this may be the place for you. I would not expect anything more than that.

A good place to stay, with a few shortcomings
The internet access at the hotel, advertised on the web, is a little misleading as in reality this is a paid service, and pretty expensive at that. The room looked recently renovated, however the bathroom was missing the shower screen (wet floor) and had a window that did not properly close, letting some cold air in. Service at the hotel was excellent and friendly, and the breakfast quite satisfying.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The South rail station is a 15-20 min walk from the hotel, a nice alternative to taking the subway if you need to travel. The Quick Burger place located around the subway station has a free WiFi access point.
