Not clean!
The parking lot, stair wells and walkways had litter all over them. Beer bottles etc...

very convienient stay
The service was friendly and efficient. The housekeeping wasn’t pushy about coming in and cleaning and offered us additional towels if we needed them. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Economical Stay in Houston
This is my third stay here and it is a good place for the price. The staff have always been helpful and my room is clean. The facility does need some repair and the outside could use some cleaning, but they were applying some fresh paint during this stay.

The price is right
My company has a small limit on daily hotel spending and this hotel fits the criteria. It is older, but the room was clean and there was plenty of hot water for my shower. I will stay there my next trip to Houston.

OK - No frills kind of place to stay!
Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Stairways were old and relatively dirty.
