Nice place and well located
If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Great Neck, the Andrew is a good place to consider. The rooms are small, but reasonable. The air conditioning is per room. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but generally comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Definitely not impressed
I travel for a living and will say this hotel is not worth the price you pay. I got married and had booked 4 rooms and needed only 1 of them 1 hour before check-in. The staff would not allow that and forced me to contact a manager. We would have paid an extra fee for the hour, but there was no leeway whatsoever until the manager was spoken to. There is no hotel bar-I know that sounds petty, but for the price you pay, there should be something to that extent. The decor was worn and dark. Definitely a shabby place. Too bad there is not another option in the area.
