very dissapointed
We checked in around 3:30 pm around the first part of July. The AC was turned off in our room, which was facing the sun. It was hotter in the room than it was outside. With the AC running on full blast, the room didn’t cool off until sometime in the middle of the night. They offered to let us switch rooms, but the ACs were off in every room. After our third request for a little help, we were given a box fan... which made it bareable. The pool was dirty. My husband and I used the equipment laying by the edge of the pool to clean the pool out while we were swimming, so that our 5-year-old didn’t get leaves and bugs in her hair. They should have paid us for cleaning out their pool, because we left it in much better shape than we found it.

Was fine for one night
The room was relatively clean until you got to the sink area - there was hair still on the blowdryer and the mat in the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been changed or cleaned. I could only imagine the dirt underneath the mat. THe breakfast left much to be desired, and it was very unappealing to be eating in the lobby w/ a dirty bird cage in front of you.
