PRICE

FOR THE PRICE IT WAS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY, THERE WERE NOT MANY PLACES TO EAT CLOSE BY, BUT THERE WAS SOME. THE MANGMENT AND HELP WERE VERY NICE. THE POOL DID NOT STAY OPEN LATE ENOUGHT, THERE WAS NOT A LOT OF NOISE.OVERALL I WILL SAY IT WAS FAIR.

It’s O.K.

It was O.K. We were there because we had a patient in the local hospital. They did not clean our room on a daily basis we were there 3 days. The housekeeping did not speak our language did not understand when we asked for more towels. The pool was vey clean and comfortable. They had spider webs in room, the toilet seat came off.

You Get what you paid for!!!

The bathroom was clean but damaged, the walls were falling apart, and had a bad odor. Will not ever go back to Knights Inn Memphis Airport. They did have good service and airport shuttle was only 5 bucks!!!

No hot water

It is showing it age. 1 of the 2 mornings I was there I had no hot water for a shower.

DANGEROUS LOCATION

While the owner of the hotel was certainly nice enough, the hotel was in disrepair. When we signed in I felt uncomfortable with the location and almost canceled out. I wish I had done so. The hotel has some sort of sleazy nightclub/restaurant attached that attracts a level of clientele that are seedy at best. When leaving early in the am (Sunday) we were robbed at gun point by two young black males. Further indication that the neighborhood was unacceptable. Security was on the other side of the hotel handling a domestic dispute of some sort. No one was available at the front desk to report the incident to, but we met security as we were leaving and told him of the incident. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Knight’s Inn

The hotel was super cheap and was clean. Comfort was what you would expect from a low-star hotel, but still decent. It was hard to work with the staff when trying to get some more towels and such as they close their office for a majority of the night.

Very run down!

Ugh. Never again will I stay at this airport, we had a terrible stay! The bed in our room was infested with bedbugs, so we complained and got a room change. What did the manager say to this? "Oh, at least they’re not cockroaches." Our second room seemed pretty clean but when we woke up the next morning we found out that the shower was completely broken. Not cool. The whole place just has this run-down look, like it hasn’t been updated or renovated in 20 years. Manager told us that they don’t know things are wrong until people complain - so obviously they dont check their rooms over before giving them to customers.

Cheap hotel

This was one of the closest hotels to the airport at a very cheap price. The facilities arent great but are value for money considering the price we paid.

Staying in the Car would have been more pleasent.

This room was horrid. There was no smoke detector which I told the person at the front desk and was told it must have been overlooked, no sprinkler, the outlets in the walls would not hold the plugs in, the bed was broken, there was no bottom sheet, the air hardly worked, the floor was disgusting, there was no complementary breakfast, the TV was complete static none of the cable working, and of course the pool was closed even though I called before and was told it wasn’t. This would be a great place if you’re on a budget...and do not need to bathe, eat at a table (because it wobbles), and can wear shoes to walk anywhere in the room. Expedia should REALLY take this place off of their website.

Do not stay at this motel unless it is absolutely neccessary to do so. Expedia should REALLY take this place off of their website. Especially dangerous for children and adults as well with no smoke detectors.

Run down

The shower/tub water ran all night. TV (and the room)looked stuck in 1985, including the cigarette burn/melt in the top of the brown plastic wood TV. A dive. I think about 5 cars were in the lot the whole time.
