RiverHouse
Nice hotel. Room was comfy and clean. Location was so so. It’s on the river but really in a strip mallish location. Free breakfast was gross.

Have stayed several times before....
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, both for business and pleasure. This last time instead of booking directly through the hotel, I booked through Expedia (which I use a lot!), because it was $20 cheaper. Although I have never before had any issues with either Expedia OR The Riverhouse, the room I was put in was so tiny and cramped it was awful. It was upstairs in a corner (I believe it was room 211), there was hardly enough room to walk around the bed, as well as a tiny bathroom that you had to shimmy around the sink in order to close the door (and no, I am not an overweight person). I can’t be certain I was given this room BECAUSE I booked through Expedia, but in the 20 or so other times I’ve stayed there I have NEVER had a bad room, something so tiny.

Not at all what was expected
We were going to Bend for business, but decided to make it a little pleasure as well. So we decided to stay in a nicer hotel. When we got there, the entrance was pretty. We got our room. When we entered, it was tiny! We went to dinner and decided to go back and go in the hot tub, but it was broken down. There were no robes as advertised. It was a basic motel, nothing fancy. I expected a whole lot nicer for what we paid.
