The overall stay was good. The front desk is part of the cafe/bar area, so we had to wait while the staff helped people with drinks etc.... not sure it gave a great impression. The room was clean, hotel looks like it has had a low budget renovation. Location is in the industrial part of Tempe, not real close to town, restaurants or the college.

Great place to stay

Had to come to PHX for a weekend meeting. The hotel is near the airport and ASU. Nice room, large flat screen TV, comfortable. The 24 hr food service is nice feature. Will stay there again.

Wonderful experience

The Hyatt was a wonderful experience. The complimentary breakfast was great and we were able to use the two free computers on-site to print our boarding passes for our return flight home. Our room was spacious and very clean. We were on a tight schedule, but hopefully next time we will be able to enjoy the pool and fitness room!

Great Service

Great service and location. Just one thought: Breakfast could be expanded to include a "hot" choice, either waffles or something that can be heated up in a microwave.

I would definately recommend this hotel, it is AWESOME! Great location, great shuttle service!

This hotel is the best Phoenix has to offer. The shuttle service was on time and quite useful to us. The staff at the hotel really helped us with where to go, where to eat and informed us of local tourist attractions.

Definately go shopping to the Tempe Market square, great eating places and shopping. Arizona mills - also great shopping (try and go during week, weekends it is a zoo!) ASU area has the best eating places and night life activities...all within shuttle distance also!

close to airport and attractions

we enjoyed this hotel very much..grandson love the pool could not get him out! Would return again. Staff was very friendly..Great breakfast.

Convenience for what Tempe has to offer...

My friend and I stayed at the Hyatt during New Year’s Eve and found it to be very convenient. The staff were very courteous and the location of the hotel was very close to ASU and the bars and restaurants on the Mill, which can be accessed by the free hotel shuttle every 15 minutes or taking a long walk. The junior suite could be a little small for two people, with the size of the bathroom and closet space minimized to create the additional space for the living space, but the room was relatively comfortable. The flat screen TV was first-rate and a mini-fridge was available in the room to keep food and drinks. The complimentary continental breakfast was sufficient with a more traditional breakfast available for purchase.

Guys would definitely enjoy hanging out at "The Library" on Mill at night.

Great value!

Hyatt’s new line of economy-friendly hotels are a great value for the space and amenities (free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking). Bath space is a bit small, but a minor quibble. Great if you have kids because of extra sofabed area.

Very Good option in Phoenix

Near by the airport, near of Tempe Town (a 15 minute walk) and the staff is always with a smile wishing to help u They have 24 hour kitchen, Menu is short but food quality is very good and price worth The only thing I don’t like a lot was the bathroom, I feel it was a little bit smaller than expected

Located in front of the river, agood option for those who workout outdoors, and a 5 minute walk is enough to reach the Arts Museum

Lovely stay

The hotel is clean, in excellent repair and has a good exercise room. We had a King suite and it was quite nice. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. Food is limited at the hotel, but it hardly matters as there are many choices nearby. Very easy access to main Tempe.

Loved IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh my GOSH!!!! What a beautiful place. Our roon was oerwheleming.From the sitting area to the 42" TV to the king size bed everything was just perfect. The bathroom was clean and neat and carpet all fresh and the sink in the sitting area as well as the 1 outside the bathroom were immaculate. I swear I did NOT want to leave. Out of all the hotels on this trip this put all the others to same!! The staff was friendly and it was perfect. The breakfast was ok for on the run but everyone could find something. I want to go back just for an overnight. We loved loved loved it!!!!

This hotel is just minutes away from Sky Harbor International airport in Phoenix... A short trip so meed to run in a hurry.. If you need a light drink like a soda or something it is a bit expensive so stop if you can locally.....

Very Nice.....kinda noisy

Really liked the Hotel, close to ASU and downtown Tempe. They have a great shuttle you can take anyhwere within a 5 mile distance for no charge. Room was newer and very clean, no room noise BUT the airport noise is crazy loud. Since this is an airport hotel, should be expected but really, Friday night "comute" noise was very loud. Will stay again, just not during the week.

Ralley need to try the "Cafe Boa" downtown on Mill. It is GREAT !!!!

Clean Room

Overall the room was clean, comfortable and the stay was pleasant. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the pool was not very clean.

Great Hotel for central Phoenix business

Very comfortable hotel great location, only one thing that was bothersome about hotel was the entry into the hotel hard to drive into from Preist dr and no signage or lighting

Close to Sky Harbor yet far enough away

New Modern Hotel very clean and accomadating. Starbucks coffee served in lobby but only espresso after morning. Rooms are large and comfortable. Great place to stay for leisure, business, and catching a early morning flight.

Great Hotel, very modern and upscale!

This was a neat place to stay. Close to Downtown Tempe and very modern and chic. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food service very good for a non-traditional restaurant setting. The only negative was the early morning malfunction with the fire alarm. There was no fire but the period to correct the problem was a bit disturbing. Staff was apologetic and offered a complementary staf for our trouble.

Only a couple of blocks away from Downtown tempe and a host of chain and specialty eateries and shops.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfasts could be improved upon, but apart from that- all was very satisfactory. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Haivng food available at any time was a good idea - more hotels should do this!!

Very Impressed

Had never stayed at a Hyatt before. Will definitely stay again. Familt enjoyed the pool. Only complaint is no hot tub. Complimentary breakfast was great.

although the tub in my room was not clean when i checked in--i was quickly taken to another room--and had a very pleasant stay during the rest of the week...it was located conveniently, had decent amenities, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Extremely helpful staff

I chose the hotel because they had a shuttle service. The shuttle drivers were quick and helpful, suggesting restaurants and activities. I will definitely stay there again if I return.
