Was better than expected based on reviews posted. Close to eateries and Alvernia College.

Turn around and run
This was probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I should have left before reaching the desk. The odor of the lobby was foul. The hallways to the rooms had almost as bad a smell as the lobby. The towels were dirty (actual dirt handprints on them.) This is definitely off my list of places to stay when I visit my son at Penn State Berks.

Worst lodging experience ever
The following are issues I noted with the room and hotel: Dirty Pillows, Broken Glass on front door, Broken Glass in breezway, Broken door handles on room exterior doors, Partially used shampoo, Everything in the room plugged into the same 6 way outlet, 2 broken ice machines, 1 with 220 outlet sticking out of the wall, Very poor job of grouting in bathroom, Meeting rooms filthy, Candy machine not pluged into socket and socket loose from the wall, Filthy ceiling tiles and carpet in hall, Very smokey smell in non-smoking room, Alarm clock broken, Room lamp switched broken, Grass not mowed in from of motel, Lots of trash in the parking lot I would never stay here again and would recommend that others do not as well. Thanks,
