Very Impressed
After reading the reviews of this hotel, and after booking I was expecting a dump. There is nothing wrong with this hotel for the price. Very clean,up to date furniture. Could have used some new carpet, but wasn’t afraid to walk barefoot. The staff, very friendly and it had a very nice courtyard and pool. We stayed 2 nights and I would go back. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Enjoyed Santa Fe
Did not like the fact that the front desk help didn’t want or couldn’t call me by name but called me "sweetie". "Here you go sweetie", "sign here sweetie", etc. Not very professional. Weren’t getting too many channels and told the front desk, several hours later we saw the maintenence man and he said that the front desk never told him. He took care of the problem right then. All he had to do was reprogram the channels, which took a few minutes. And gave us the new list of channels.

rooms do not match the grounds
Badly worn trim, table with one leg ready to fall off, hole in drawer bottom, crawling on floor to find outlet to plug in laptop. Rooms are clean but not well maintained. Grounds around pool are quite nice and far above average with many beautiful flowers and shrubs . Gardner needs to take charge of the room maintenance.
