VERY NICE
NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED, THE BUFFET WAS NOT THAT GOOD, PAY FOR YOUR WIFI $11 A DAY , OTHER THAN THAT HOTEL WAS GREAT.

Satisfied and will return
My family and extended family members were attending a funeral in Mobile, AL. We choose to stay in Biloxi because we were there for the weekend and didn’t know anything about Mobile. Driving from Texas finding the Hotel was very easy and being greeted at the valet was quick, polite and helpful. Checking into the hotel was the same. Every staff member I encountered was polite and helpful. The free buffet offer was entertaining for my family. I’ll return again for a weekend getaway. The only thing that I didn’t like was the lack of quarter poker slots, but that’s not a negative just my preference.

Biloxi’s Worst
The room was not cleaned properly. Dust everywhere, carpets never been cleaned. Casino management was found to lack "Customer Service." Appears they do not know the meaning of the word.
