Great Hotel
Loved staying at this hotel. It is close to everything although we seemed to get lost everytime we tried to find our way back to the hotel due to the many narrow, winding & hilly streets. We discovered something new everytime though so it was fun. Toledo is a fabulous place and I highly recommend you put this town and this hotel on your itinerary.

Great location, friendly (english speaking staff), very clean
We only stayed 1 night in Toledo and this hotel was great. It was very clean and the bedroom and bathroom were both good sized. The front desk staff were english speaking and helped us call our rental car company when we had a problem with our "navman". The hotel was in a good location, really at the beginning of then "medieval-old town". They have paid parking off the street, there is a charge, but we were able to find parking on the street about half a block away.

Historical Hotel in Historical City
This hotel room had high quality furnishings and was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Though not close to the center of town, everything was within walking distance. The location was next to the El Greco Museum which was closed and being renovated, and the Synogogue. The parking lot was very convenient. Highly recommend.
