Third time there
This is the closest hotel to where my daughter lives in Palm Beach Gardens. I find it extremely convenient and economical to stay at this hotel. It is not fancy or luxurious but it sure takes care of my needs.

A good value for the money
The facility is older and shows signs of wear. The room was clean, we had everything we needed and the staff was friendlyb and co-operative. We just needed a place to sleep for 3 days so it met our needs just fine.
Traveler's tip on dining
PGA Blvd was nearby with dozens of very nice restaurants to choose from. Also, there were more casual eateries along the ICW.

Not Happy
Room A/C not working properly. Told staff, they checked it and left it not working properly. Who wants to stay in Florida with min. A/C? Not me! Also other guests stayed up all night long making lots of noise.

3 nights
The hotel is very noisy since it’s right next to the Interstate. It is old, but somewhat updated. Carpets need replaced. Lobby is locked at 9:00 PM. Internet service is an extra charge and very poor. No support from front desk other than to reboot your PC. This appears to be a trucker hotel since there were a lot of big rigs parked around the hotel. I won’t stay there again.

Nice for Spring Training
We picked this hotel because we wanted somthing close to Cardinal Spring Training (Jupiter). We were not looking for a lot of frills. This hotel did offer a pool and a nice clean place to stay.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Drive up Highway 1 to Jupiter ands see the ocean. They have a nice park for little ones there also.

Friendly, clean, convenient, and economical
The complimentary continental breakfast is a nice feature, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is a bit difficult the first time to find it from Northlake Blvd (entrance is by the liquor store behind the gas station -- hmmm, that sounds a little sketchy, but location is fine). Conveniently located near I-95, clean rooms, and reasonable rates especially when booked through Expedia as part of a package.

Okay, for a couple days.
For a couple days the hotel is okay. I would not reccomend this hotel for anyone going to Florida for vacation purposes. To stay more than 3 nights I would not advise.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Hotel is across the street (walking distance) from a great restaurant (Duffy’s Sports Bar & Grill). It has a few "quicky" marts, liquor store and other "shopping" areas near by. There are no "family attractions" in the area. Great Beaches though!
