Mediocre in All Respects
If you are looking for only a place to sleep, this is your place. The hotel is otherwise unremarkable. It was not what I consider very near Bush Airport, which I was led to believe by their website. The front desk was often not attended and the small grill the hotel has took fifteen minutes to prepare two "deli" style sandwiches. If you use a navigation system to get to the hotel, be aware it will take you to the back gate (other users reported this) and you will have to use a call box at the gate to have them open it so you can enter the lot. Once you get to the hotel enter the address of one of the businesses along the front road to avoid the problem. Again, while I generally had no complaints, this is a mediocre hotel with nothing to recommend it above any standard hotel/motel.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Salt Grass restaurant, a few miles north of this hotel, serves the best steaks I have every tasted. The service was friendly, fast and attentive. It is moderate to high price depending on the cut of your steak. Was in town two days and ate dinner here both night. Highly recommended.

I WOULD GO BACK!
A great place to stay. It was clean. The price was reasonable. The people were very helpful. I have stayed at other Hyatt Place facilities and all have been a pleasure.
