locations great
the hotel location was great. in the heart of everything. nice restaurants all around, nice shops, close to the wharf.The continental breakfast was good also. The only negative thing was the size of the room, however we did not spend much time there. the staff and valet people were very nice.

Can’t wait to go back
Hotel staff was extremely accomodating. We were scheduled to be picked up at 9:40am for a wine tasting tour and as soon as we arrived to the hotel at 9:30am they had our room ready. The standard room’s are a bit small but cozy. The hotel is very unique and is located in the heart of Santa Barbara. I loved the old fashioned elevator and music that plays in the lobby. Very quiet and relaxing place that I cannot wait to re-visit!

We had something come up last minute, tried to cancel that morning and were charged the full price. Not for travellers needing flexibility.
