Not Impressed
Overall the hotel had a great location, the only problem was our room smelled terrible. Although it was a non smoking room the oder was awful. I told the staff at checkout. Since I was there only one night we had no choice as the hotel was completely booked

Room with a view
The front desk had my reservation, but they seemed confused over where to put me. After a hushed conversation behind the counter, they put me in a ground floor room facing the back door of the kitchen where the kitchen staff hung out smoking. The kitchen staff was friendly. They waved. I’ll try somewhere else next time.
