MIssed opportunity
I called about a problem in the room, which they said would be corrected when I was out. Problem was still there when I returned.

Happy Repeaters
We stay at the Plattsburgh La Quinta when picking our kids up from camp. It is conveniently located near the Adirondacks and Vermont, is close to a couple of shopping centers, restaurants and a Starbucks, and right off the highway. It has a pool and now a small exercise room. The staff is nice, and very helpful when asked. The only issue this time was we ended up on a floor that smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallway, and there was no caffeinated tea at breakfast one of the mornings, but our room didn’t smell of smoke, and hey, a free breakfast is great. Next time I’ll bring some Lipton bags in my purse, or drive to Starbucks!
