Very enjoyable for my family
We had a great time at the hotel. The room was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The swimming pool and spa were very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They provided directions to local attractions (Santa Cruz Boardwalk and Raging Waters). The breakfast they served was also really good. There were many good restaurants for dinner that were close. The only complaint is that we asked for the beds to be made and the towels replenished while we were gone for several hours one afternoon. Upon arriving back that evening none of this was done. On a good note: We called the front desk and he sent someone up right away. We went swimming and by th time we were back at our room our bed were mad and there were fresh towels.
