Dump
AC did not work, room dirty, had to change rooms. Desk clerk said "HE" did not rent that room because AC problems. Noise all night, night manager shooting the breeze with all the permenant guest.

Average Extended Stay
If you’ve stayed at other ESA hotels, this one is like most others. I booked a "signature suite" which was supposed to have nicer decor and "comfort bedding". It looked like a standard room and the bed was hard and squeaky. I still got a good price so I didn’t complain, but I’d recommend saving the extra money and getting a regular room - unless they can confirm that you are actually getting the better room.

So-so stay ...
Room was cramped with having kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Beds were quite uncomfortable and very noisy. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything going on outside and in the connecting rooms.
