very disappointed
Although we made this reservation more than a week in advance, when we arrived the desk clerk mentioned that he had quite a few guests that day and was having a hard time finding a room for us. He also said several housekeepers had called in sick that day. After doing some research on the computer he had to walk to view rooms to see if they had been cleaned from the previous night’s guests. When he returned, he said he had a clean room for us with a nice view of the mountains. The rooms are very old, very small. The "view" was blocked by a huge tree. The dressing area sink had long black hairs as did the bathtub. The carpet in the hallways and stairway was filthy. Since we were only overnighting in Cedar City on our way to Salt Lake we "bit the bullet" and stayed; however, I will never return.

Was good for the price we paid
Older hotel 3 floors but NO elevator. Me 6 months pregnant and having a 1 year old made it hard to get luggage and stuff up and down the stairs. The staff was AWESOME very friendly and even though we were late for breakfast one morning the guy in charge told us to take our time and enjoy and he waited to close it down until after we were done.

Qualified Staff
when we first arrived our first room was a little stale and smelled mildewy. Front desk was very accomadating and was able to move us to another room. Each time we had a question the front desk was able to help us.
