A bit dated
A bit dated hotel, close to the convention centre (but then, pretty much everything in downtown Phoenix would be close to the convention centre). Breakfast was great and was included in the rate, but the service at breakfast was mcuh to be desired. Overall staff service was hit and miss, so this is your average Hyatt.

Awesome view from my room on the 20th floor. Check in was a breeze and the staff was excellent. The room was roomy and well appointed. The lobby was welcoming. Very close to everything and easy walking distance. Lots of eating places right across the street. The metro is close by...

Great Hotel
This Hyatt lived up to it’s name. We were treated cordially by all staff members, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. This hotel will go on my must stay list for Phoenix.
