Good for Business Travelers
The shuttle service was outstanding!! They took me to my AM meeting at a local business and then picked me up from there and took me to the airport. Nicest driver I’ve ever had!! The room was good. The planes going overhead are loud but there was a handy dandy ’sleep kit’ available. My only criticism was the mold growing in the shower. A little bleach and water would easily take care of that.

Solid but not really Crowne Plaza standard
This is a nice hotel, clean, comfortable, but I think its probably one of the lesser impressive Crowne Plaza hotels I’ve seen. Rooms were on the small side, hotel was older, lobby was tiny, but otherwise there was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. Easy to find, not really centrally located but it is close to the Mall of America.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Mall of America is like five minutes away. You could get lost in that place.
