Extremely Helpful Staff
I attend my 39 year class reunion at this hotel and opted to stay there since we had a 2 day affair going on. The hotel staff bent over backwards to see that ALL the guests were comfortable and worked real hard to make our reunion comittee didn’t need a thing. They went above and beyond their nomal daily routine to help in any way posible. Rooms, grounds, and restaurant/bar were extremely clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay here.

Was a comfortable stay. I would go back to this hotel.
I know it was an older hotel, because of the laundry facilities. Only two washing machines and only one worked! And we had a trouble with our air conditioner, but they fixed it! Everyone was great! The pool was nice! And they had a great workout room! I think they just need to update some things. But overall, I would stay at this hotel again! Easy access from the highway too!
We went to the Royals spring training games! Beautiful stadiums! Great weather in March! My husband and sons golfed one day while my daughter and I checked out one of the big malls, which was fun! We also took a drive to Sedona, the beautiful red rock mountains! Love that!!

Expensive Stay at Embassy Suites Phoenix North
This Embassy Suites is on Interstate 17 which causes there to be traffic noise at times. There are many pigeons at the hotel which produce a mess in some places. One maid did not speak English so she did not acknowledge or understand our requests. Some maintenance needs to be done on the physical plant. The pop vending machines were not working properly taking our money but no product. The breakfast selections were limited and did not change during our stay. Given the relative high price the value was not there.
