Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Great staff.
The staff at the front desk were very helpful, especially Ariel who went out of his way to point out great local restaurants and provided directions and comments on some of the sights. On site, secure parking. Largest rooms I’ve ever stayed in, in Europe.
My past trips to Italy have been during the Summer and early Sepember. It can get HOT. October is Italy is fantastic.

Disappointment
The common areas of Diana Maj. Milan are quite nice, but the room does not match the prices, nor the rates of the hotel. Carpet was old and strange and the overall appearence of the deluxe room was very simple, what made me call the reception to ask if I was in the right room, what was unfortunatelly confirmed. Staff is helpful and nice, though. I have to mention Simone, who helped us with a good solution for our transfer to Malpensa airport.
