Surprised by the below average condition of hotel. Not the Crowne Plaza I am accustomed to. First room smelled and had to change.

Very Convenient and Helpful Staff
We stayed at the Crowne Plaza because it was close to Loyola Maramount Univisity. The close proximity was convenient and saved on travel time. We appreciated the Airport shuttle. The Hotel staff was very helpful in finding LMU, getting transportation to LMU and informed us regarding public transportation to Santa Monica.
