Ok to stay for a day or 2 as its near the beach and downtown

Service Great - Hotel needs a makeover
The hotel staff (all staff)was great - always helpful - attentive. But the hotel needs a makeover. Our room had a major water stain on the ceiling, mold in the bathroom and stains on the carpet.The room felt damp. It was clean but definitely needed some updating. Breakfast was good - crowded - so it was popular. The hotel is also very pet friendly - which may have been our problem. The area where the ice machine was located smelled - and when we walked by - there were always patrons with large dogs in it. So if you have a pet - it is a good place to go. If you are looking for a relaxing place on the beach - bright and sunny room - not one to pick.
Two blocks from the beach. Near Broadway on the Beach and convenient to eating establishments.

Really great location
We stayed here with my husband and two kids and I would stay here again. The pool was nice and beds were SOOO comfortable. I didn’t have any problems. Had breakfast in the morning for free. The hotel is right off of N Kings HWY and was literally 10 seconds from public beach access. We were near lots of restaurants and less than 5 minutes from magic quest and the movie theatre. If you are planning a fun vacation, stay here because you can bring your pet and the price we paid was a good deal for the weekend during summer in this location. :)
