Good choice for Verona
The hotel is situated about a 15 minute walk from the arena and center of Verona. This makes it a bit out of the way, however, that did not matter. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel personnel were not particularly personal, but rather business-like in their manner.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The attractions cited as Juliet’s house and Juliet’s tomb are a complete waste of money. If one wants to see the house, that is sufficient; it is a big tourist trap; the tomb is far away, appears to be something manufactured for tourists, and boast the only WC facility we encountered which was simply a hole in the ground. Shame on the tourist office.

Even though the aircondition was turned up to maximum, there was almost 30 degrees celcius in our room. impossible to sleep. We were given another room in the middle of the nigth, but it was just sligthly cooler.
