Great Staff Not Impressed with Hotel
My mom and I stayed there on Oct 09 - Nov 09 on line the hotel looks great but the reality is that the paint was chipped all through the room, the furniture needs updating, the room was not cleaned as there was dust all over the night tables. The rooms didn’t have mini bars which we suggested they get. The rooms are very small we asked for another room and we were charged 25 Euros per night. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful, but that doesn’t help the hotel. It needs a little TLC and a lot of touch ups.
Must see Flamenco shows, they are a little pricey but worth the money we went to Torres Bermejas. Also must go visit El Templo de Debod...it is beautiful and very peaceful. When changing currency do not go to those little shops in the street they charge you a lot more instead go to a bank or ask the hotel personnel where it is best to change currency.

Great Hotel in Great Location
Very much recommend this hotel. It’s in the heart of the city, next to the Sol subway stop. The room and staff were great. My only complaint was that the wireless internet did not reach my room on the 4th floor.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
If you take the metro from the airport, get off at the Sol metro stop. It is next door to the hotel.

More than pleased!
Very impressed with the hotel. The location is PERFECT with lots of restaurants and shopping and the people who work there are very friendly and helpful.
