convenient
This was our second visit to this hotel in New Orleans. The rooms are comfortable but not always terribly clean. It is convenient to the Superdome and French Quarter which is why we stay at the Rennaisance.
The airport shuttle was not worth a penny. We spent over two hours in the van waiting to arrive at our hotel and on the way back to the airport, someone took our bag and we had to wait for the driver to go into the airport and retrieve it. Next time, we’ll take a taxi.

Very Nice!
This is in a great location "just around the corner from Bourbon street". The rooms are nice, the exercise facility was great, and convenient to everything. Thanks

Not completly a 4-star
While the location is perfect and the common areas are nice, the room did not live up to expectations. The bed was older and uncomfortable and the TV was an old tube-style 25" or 26" TV. Not something that is normally seen in a modern 4-star hotel. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with and the internal prices were fair.
