uncomfortable fold-out bed
When I booked I didn’t realize that it was an "extended stay" hotel. That would have been fine, but the fold-out couch was unpleasant. There were some loud clicking noises at night, either from an electric relay or from the plumbing. The first 12 hours, there was no hot water.

Good for the price
This is a nice hotel with an excellent location to the main attractions; It is within reasonable walking distance and parking is free nearby. The noise from the cars/street was annoying in the morning and we did not know beforehand that it was a fold out couch bed. Other than that the price was unbeatable, coffee downstairs good, and most of the staff very helpful.

Better than expected
Hotel was better than expected, based on other reviews I have read. Our room was 1st floor rear, rather warm but windows could be opened. Quiet, clean, some wear and tear. Kitchen clean and usable. Two kids were allowed to stay for free, they slept on a fold-out couch which was adequate. Our bed was somewhat uncomfortable. We requested a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room, but this could was not noticible by the smell.
