Not impressed
Bathtub drained was stopped up. The shower one morning had no hot water.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Columbus Zoo is a great place to spend an afternoon.

Not impressed
I was not at all satisfied with this hotel. The rooms seemed to be abnormally small for a hotel - you had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times in order to open the door to the room, due to the inadequate spacing of the doors. The beds are only doubles, instead of 2 queen beds. The interior wall in the pool area was caving in, and it was not reinforced in any way - there was only a caution sign and cones around the wall. The pool area was very small, and during our entire stay, the pool area was completely flooded; however, the pool remained open. I was very disappointed with the quality of this Hilton Hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very Nice Hotel
We stayed at this hotel in Dublin for a competion that my husband was in and it was a very nice place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We also enjoyed the pool for the kids while we were there and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. We will definately stay there next time. Also the price was great!!

Very nice!
This hotel was very nice, We went there on the weekend for one night. It was very nice! The only bad part was the employee’s kids were in the indoor pool all night and in the morning. They were running in and out and even threw a chair in the pool. But overall it was a very nice hotel!

Mixed feelings
Our room was very clean and welll-decorated. The bed linens were top-notch, but the comforter was so silky that it kept slipping off the bed during the night, causing us to repeatedly wake up and retrieve it. In the morning, when we tried to turn on the TV, we discovered that the unit was not plugged in and we would have had to call maintenance to move the cabinet to do so. The reading lamp also was not plugged in, and the outlet was not in a convenient place for us to reach. Small details...but that’s what sets a top-rated hotel apart.

Not a good experience
One reason that I selected this hotel was because it had a fitness room. The room is very small, with one treadmill and one elliptical, neither of which worked properly. The treadmill would only go as fast as 2.9 mph. In addition, the hotel’s water was shut off for repairs one day between 9:30 am and 1 pm - no toilet, no shower, nothing. When I expressed my concern about these issues, the manager made no effort to be accomodating in any way, other than to tell me that I could cancel the remainder of my stay (3 nights). There were long hairs in the shower and some days you received a newspaper, others not.

The hotel was in the area we wanted, close to resturants and everything was in good condition. I would stay there again
