Even better than what I expected!
This hotel is not only charming but the staff is so accomodating and very CLEAN! The photos don’t do it justice. We went during Feb ski season and it’s a winter wonderland! There is a convenient bus to the ski mountain that runs daily. They were very accomodating to drive us into town if we missed the bus in the evening. ( it’s a 5 minute ride) It is up high on the mountain and has the most extraordinary view of the valley and the mountains. The road does get full of snow, but to the local drivers, they don’t seem to be slowed down by it at all.The restaurant is great and the breakfast buffet is hearty and plentiful. We have 2 children and it’s very family friendly. The spa is the icing on the cake! Great pool, jacquzzi, steam room and anything you would want to ask for in a spa. I would definitely return to this hotel and I usually don’t say that about most of my vacations. I generally end a vacation selecting the next place I would like to stay at. I was not envious of anyone else’s hotel choice on this one!
