Short Staffed and breakfast was VERY over rated!
Hotel was very clean - that was the positive. The negatives included very few people staffed to help with questions or extra towels - seemed very under staffed. Our room was so hot we could not sleep and it was impossible to get the room cooled. The breakfast was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were very strange - the kids would not even eat them. The cinnamon rolls were NOT how they describe them on the TV commercials. It was relatively cheap, hotel was clean - I guess you get what you pay for. We will not stay at a Holiday Inn Express in the future.
