Would do it again!
The hotel is a nice and cosy one and the best thing about it is being in the middle of vital Paris and Only steps away from the most important streets like the Champs Elysees. Only steps to the nearest metro station. Good Cafes and Restaurants in the area. The only drawback was that it was under renovation and we had to wake up on knocking and drilling sounds. Apart from that, I would definitely go there again.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Enjoy the walk to the Champs Elysees, its restaurants and stores althrough the Arc De Triumph or Concord square and view the Siene and Eiffel tour.

Major Improvements needed to be a four star !
Antiquated small elevator makes you want to avoid using it, but walking up stairs after walking around Paris is not the greatest way to end the day. We asked for a room with 2 separate beds and non-smoking. We were sent to three different rooms before they got it right--very annoying after a long trip to have to have such hassles. By the way, dont get a room on the top floor...the roof slants which makes the room even smaller. They offer no wash cloths and only one large towel and one small towel per person per 24 hours. Also, no lotion, and very tiny soap bars...not what I expect from a four star hotel. The bathtub while showering was so narrow, there was barely room for your two feet and it and sloped up on both sides making it easy to slip. Also, the location was not great--not in an area that a woman alone would feel comfortable walking in either early in the morning or past 5 or 6 pm at night.
