sun and sea
We finally had an acceptable room after being in 2 other rooms. The first room had a bit of an ant problem and the next a noisy A/C. The last was good- after a bit of complaining. Everthing was great after that. The buffets for all meals were excellent. The pastry chef in particular was truly masterful- breads, pastries and deserts were really excellent. All staff were very attentive and responsive. The pools were clean and nice. The nightly shows very entertaining , if a bit corny- but fun.

Very Friendly
We have spent time in several all inclusive resorts in various parts of Mexico. This property rates well in comparison. The food was good with a bit of repetition. The accomodations were roomy and clean. The staff was excellent. Everyone really seemed to want to make your experience top notch. The nightly shows were a lot of fun and well done. Because we are not used to the high humidity during that time of year, our one complaint would be that the A/C did not work well at all. The hotel brought in a large fan and that helped some. Also, we were a little disappointed there was no balcony of any kind. The view was great from the large sliding window we did have.

Return visit. Second stay at this Hotel. Two years in a row. Comfortable and clean. Plenty of activities going on throughout the day.
