No ;utensils in "kitchen"
We rented 2 rooms that had 3 double beds and supposedly a kitchen. There was a stove, small fridge and cabinets, which were completly EMPTY. We thought maybe we had to pick them up at the front desk, but they said no, the kitchens had NOTHING in them, so they wern’t really kitchens. We were 5 women traveling together and would NEVER have stayed at the Clarion (dicey part of town) if it wern’t for the advertised kitchen!! We are going on Tripadvisor and tell people NOT to stay at the Clarion in New Orleans.

Don’t waste your money on this one!
When we arrived and went to our room, the TV was on, there was an open can of ice tea on the table, empty bag, and the carpeting was filthy! We were moved to another room with no problem, but again, very dirty. There is no lighting, the bathroom sink is designed for a small child, and I could go on about the location, etc. You can get a much cleaner, nicer room for slightly more money - money well spent in my opinion!

Could use some improvements
Front desk staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff needs some guidance. More thorough job of vacuuming was needed, and requested, but not received. Had to ask for the rest of our replacement towels after the room was ’cleaned’. Room itself was very comfortable with the two room suite style. It was very nice to have the bedroom for myself and my husband while our son had the pull-out bed in the main room. The bathroom, however, was very small and parking was expensive and usually already full so we had to park on the street.
