very nice hotel. If I go again to mexico city this is the #1 hotel

Not really happy
The hotel is very clean, and nice, but we can’t talk about costumer service in the front desk, they have to take a costumer service training.

Nice place with really good location
Nice hotel with nice view and really good location. Thereis aa big mall close to it and there is a main avenue from you can get the south or center of the city.
Traveler's tip on shopping
There is big Mall close to the hotel and you can get there just walking, and there is another big mall at the north and you can get there by taxi or local transportation, it is like 5 minutes from there.
