spectacular view
The view is so breathtaking and the interior decoration so delightful, that I didn’t mind the smallish room. The hotel is lovely but the parking is a real drag. It’s a huge lot and hard to find a spot, then hard to find your car. It doesn’t encourage going in and out. However the view makes it all well worthwhile and if I were staying downtown I would definitly return there.

Very nice! Close to Robson and shopping!
We were very pleased with our room. It wasn’t very large, but had a wall of windows which gave us a great view of the city and mountains (when the fog lifted occasionally). The only complaint was that you really had to be looking for the signs inside the parking garages to see which one to use upon arrival. After we parked, we discovered valet parking, but due to the lack of signs, we were not sure we were in the right place when we saw it. Other than that, we were very pleased.

Hotel Service
Due to the fact that these are rooms that are rented when available from Club Intrawest ( a timeshare company) the room was not cleaned. When we called for towels they were provided and we were asked if the garbage needed to be taken out but no other cleaning services were offered. As we only stayed 2 nights this was not a major issue but this should be explained before booking or at check-in. The room was nice and the view was awesome.
