smelly room/stairway
room appeared cleaned, but smelled like sweat especially in bathroom and ice machine was out of order on second floor, went down stairway to find ice machine on first floor and stairway smelled of dogs!!! i complained and they apologized but stated they are dog friendly hotel

Good hotel, Good price
This hotel as very nice for the price. My only complaint was that the room wasn’t straightened after my first night. I called to the front desk and someone came within the hour.

Would stay again if low price and because of good location.
The hotel is close to Texas Tech campus and they provide a free shuttle to the airport. However, the hotel could use a renovation of the rooms. Nothing horrible, but just old and heavily used fixtures and not a great bed. I would stay there again because of the good location to the campus, but only if the price was really good.
