Great hotel
Great hotel but it is a little spendy.

totally overrated
Our room was described to be so much more than we arrived to. The rooms were small and we paid extra for a Executive Suite and the matress felt to be about 15 yrs old. Small windows that did not open. The Marc resturant downstairs is nice but poor service in the dining room and very overpriced, the complimentary breakfast was barley edible the three days we were there. Overall, very unhappy.

Marcus Whitman is the next best thing to a B&B!!!
The price on Expedia made it a great value. Nothing particulary special about the room, other than a large walk-in shower which was nice. We had dinner in The Marc which was very good and the wait staff was excellent (pricey). The stay comes with a complimentary breakfast buffet and I kid you not, this is not your pastry, fruit, cereal, milk/juice/coffee spread. This was bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, apple/cinnamon roll, melon/fruit, oatmeal, bread/english muffins, milk/coffe/juice. It was OUTSTANDING!!
