Good hotel, clean and modern
One small problem - cigarettes smell in the lobby because people smoke in the lobby bar. But this is pretty much everywhere in Europe and NOT a big problem. My room was non-smoking so no problems there
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Get breakfast included if you can. There are very few breakfasts places around ( despite being in the very center of the city). The breakfast buffet in the hotel is excellent but a bit pricey if you just pay for it so get it included.

Look elsewhere for better accommodations..
The Sofitel is exactly the same as you would find in the mid-upper range hotels in the states, even the prices are about the same as the states, if not a little more. If you forget what country you are in then you might be ok to stay here. If you dont care about the cost of your room then by all means stay here. If you want a better hotel that is on par with the local prices look around, there are quite a few places that you will knock your socks off.
Traveler's tip on dining
Night life is ok in Wroclaw. If you stay in the square you should have no problem finding venues.
