Dirty Sheets
This is suppose to be a 4.5 star hotel... Whatever! Who is the rating agency? They should get back out there and take another look. No way this place is more than 2 stars. I got in late, put my luggage in the room and went downstairs to eat dinner. There was a spotlight pointed directly at my table (like a floodlight). I asked them to turn it off and they redirected it. Why would you put floodlights in a dinning room area? Food was average. After dinner I went back to the room exhausted. I pulled back the sheets and immediately saw hairs and rumples. Disgusting. I called the front desk and they promptly got me a new room across the hall. SHEETS dirty again! Called the front desk and I’m sure the guy thought I was being difficult. I wasn’t. I was exhausted and wanted to go to bed. That’s all. I would rather sleep outside than in dirty hotel sheets. So, he said that he would come up and we would go to another room and look at the sheets together. We went into the next room, a suite, and we both pulled the sheets back together. HAIRS! Creases! SHEETS DIRTY in the third room! I couldn’t believe it. He agreed to change the sheets. 4.5 stars? Really? Who rated this place??? Disgusting! This place is very poorly managed. Little bits of trash (or rubbish) throughout.

We take great pride in our cleaning standards and I am both embarrassed and disappointed that we have dropped the ball on more than one occasion during your stay. After receiving quite a few pleasant comments, it is disappointing to hear of your experience. I will be distributing your comments to all relevant department managers as I am confident it will provide the motivation to eliminate basic quality and service standard issues in a hotel such as ours.

Very good hotel near Capital
Very nice hotel and very close to the capital and other govt buildings. There is nothing else to do. You have to order a cab to go to the town for dinner and bar (except for the ones in the hotel).
