Nice place to stay at Hilton Head
This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was extremely helpful. The morning of the golf tournament my son’s shirt wasn’t dried and I tried to use the laundry facility and the dryer would not work. Took it to the front desk and she took it down to their laundry and dried it and it was very much appreciated. The room was great. I had leg surgery and never had requested disabled access before. It was wonderful they accomodated me and it made the world of difference with our stay. Hightly reccommend. One thing is it is a little difficult to find - if you are on 278 heading east.... it is right before you go over the bridge on the left. Mapquest tells you to do a U Turn but, there is a NO UTurn sign right by the hotel. Other than that - it was a great place to stay. Lots of restaurants and things around.
Just when you are on 278 and heading east... you come on it exactly before you cross the bridge. It is on the left and it is behind some trees so, you almost miss it. You can not do a U-Turn there so, you need to make sure you do the turn lane before the bridge.

Great Hotel and staff - Only ten minute drive to the beach
This hotel was really nice and clean - the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. The staff was great and very curteous and helpful. There was a breakfast buffet daily but we did not use it because we thought it was a little high priced and we would never eat that much. A short ten minute drive put you on the beach. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend for others.

Breakfast buffet has nasty waiter
The waiter working the cafe during the breakfast buffet on our trip was rude and nasty. Even if someone came in just to take a look at what was offered on the buffet line before sitting down would get verbally assaulted that they had to be assigned a table by him first.
Traveler's tip on dining
Don’t bother eating at their $10 breakfast buffet - there are a ton of eateries within a few blocks and across the highway from the hotel.
