good if doing the cruise with the same company
nicely located with good breakfast and bad italian food. staff were not too helpfull as their english was not very good and made things a little bit difficult. i was, on the whole, pleased.

My favorite hotel
There were some construction issues, yes, however the fantastic food, impressive balcony Nile views, beautiful pool, and a no less than perfect spa facility more than overcompensates. I would book again in a second if I were lucky enough to go back to Luxor.
Traveler's tip on dining
This is one of the VERY few times I would recommend staying in a hotel to eat rather than explore the town. The food is that good here!!!

Would come back tomorrow!
Great hotel,close to downtown (15 minute walk)with amazing food. It overlooks the Nile which is a great advantage over other hotels that are on the other side of the road. The pool is wonderful, you’ll use it a lot after a hot morning of sightseeing.
Traveler's tip on shopping
There are many souvenir shops,bargain hard!! You should pay at least half if not less of the asking price. Nevertheless there’s this great shop by the Winter Palace, were we found amazing fixed prices and a great selection.
